Everyone has a story. Just mention your motorcycle and you’ll hear a story. And every story is a passionate one. Their stories reveal a life philosophy too. Tell someone you ride. Tell them about your motorcycle (or motorcycles) and before you can finish a complete sentence you’ll be interrupted. “I used to ride. Man, I miss it. But then, I had kids…” set in a far away, wistful look. “I’ve always wanted a bike, but…” followed by a laundry list of if-only-style reasons. “Oh, my wife (or husband) won’t let me have one!” with a look of irritated embarrassment. “Oh, those things are dangerous! I had a friend who wrecked and he still limps…” with a twitchy-eyed, wary stare at the monster machine you are standing by, as if it had a soul (maybe it does).

Although I have a few more wrinkles and grey hair, a few more bruises and scars, a little less money in my savings accounts and my body hurts when it gets cold, I’ve never regretted those choices.
My motorcycles are an emblem, and a vehicle, for those choices. And, I’m passionate about creating and caring for motorcycles for other people who make that choice as well. Continue reading
